I started this blog because I was tired of fake fitness advice from people who never struggled.


I'm not a certified trainer.I'm a regular person who:

- Couldn't do 10 pushups

- Tried 8 different fitness apps in one year

- Lost 13 pounds in 60 days (then gained some back)

- Still has bad days


Everything I write about, I test on myself first.
